Vagrant Thoughts

raindrops prattle
on the sill--
Long lost memories.

Wine fills
the empty glass--
A dejected lover.

she plays
the ancient piano--
A baby cries.

Frost covers
the splintered window--
Our marriage breaks.

Wind blows
the vagrant leaf--
Bored without work.

 A twist in Life

Sitting
beneath a banyan tree,
a fulgid fluid spoiled my shirt;
fresh blood.

Eating
a sinful chocolate cake,
something stirred under the creamy layer;
a lizard.

Climbing
inside a crowded bus,
an eerie silence greeted my arrival;
no faces.

Going
on my first date,
her toothy smile left me chilled;
lady Dracula.

Sleeping
with my latest girlfriend,
a cold object stuck my chest;
dead hand.

Driving
on a lonely highway,
a flash of lightening revealed everything;
world's end.

Jogging
along a rocky shore,
a soiled paper caught my eye;
my poem.

Sign boards

On a dangerous road--
We serve God,
by transporting you straight to heaven.

Inside a tobacco store--
Enjoy our cigars,
we make money by killing you.

Outside an unkempt graveyard--
Listen carefully stranger,
dead men can tell many tales.

At a roadside hotel--
Please pay today,
if you want to eat tomorrow.

Outside a coffin shop--
Rest in peace,
heavy discounts offered for early birds.

Inside a country brothel--
Wear a condom,
help us to serve you better.
